Mode Milla 2710723-8 (Light Tide Productions Oy Ltd, hereinafter referred to as the online store) sells products to private individuals and companies in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. The prices of the products include VAT.

Ordering

Products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online store’s checkout process. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices, and shipping costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation will show the ordered products and the price.

Payment

The online store’s payment intermediary is Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the Financial Supervisory Authority’s payment institution registry. Payment is made through Visma Pay’s online service, and Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy appears as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Visma Pay transmits payments to the online merchant. Payment is safe as all information related to the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection, so no external party can see the payment transaction details.

A sale is made between the online store’s customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the sale.

Payment Methods

Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking credentials, a wallet, credit/debit cards, invoices, or installments. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Jousto and Enterpay Invoice for companies.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled payments in online stores in the app settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If charging the payment card fails, payment with the MobilePay wallet is not possible in the online store.

Gift Cards and Discount Codes:

The gift card code is added at checkout under Gift Card. Note that discount and promo codes are entered in a different place, in the shopping cart under Coupon Code.

Jousto invoice and installment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is intended for private individuals who have managed their finances impeccably. With Jousto, you get 30 days of interest-free and fee-free payment time. Once you receive the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in parts. With installment, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 installments, starting from 9.90 euros/month. Jousto installment costs are 3.90 euros/month and 19.90% annual credit interest. Delivery Options

Orders are always posted on weekdays. The delivery time for products in stock is usually about 1-3 business days. If the products to be delivered are custom orders, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Shipping costs are determined by the selected delivery method, possible additional services, and the weight and size of the order. You can see the shipping costs in the online store’s checkout process before finalizing the order. Products in stock are shipped directly from Vaasa on the next business day following the order at the latest. Products on backorder (out of stock) are also shipped from Vaasa. Therefore, when purchasing in Finland, you never have to pay customs or any other additional costs.

If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported to the online store immediately, but within 14 days at the latest. Any damage to packages during delivery should be reported immediately to the delivery company.

Home Delivery – 19.90 €

Online store customers have a 14-day exchange and return right according to consumer protection law. Customers have the right to exchange or return part or all of the products in the order. Returned or exchanged products must be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept underwear or accessories that directly touch the skin and hair (Consumer Protection Act 20.1.1978/38, Section 16).

If you wish to return or exchange products, use the return address card included with the package. Write in the additional information the color, size, etc., you want to exchange to or if you want to return the product. You don’t need to explain why you want to return the product, but we highly appreciate this information to improve our products. Orders sent as letters do not include a return form, as this would increase the weight of the letter and the shipping cost. You can send such a product back to us in a small letter with a postage stamp to Mode Milla, Lumivaarantie 11, 65370 Vaasa. We will refund the cost of the postage stamp. Please include your name, contact details, and bank account number for a possible refund. Note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept underwear or accessories that directly touch intimate areas.

NOTE! For the FIRST EXCHANGE/RETURN per order, shipping costs are free. If the customer wishes to exchange or return the product again, they will pay the return and reshipping costs themselves.

CHRISTMAS EXCHANGE AND RETURN RIGHTS

For Christmas, we have always extended the exchange and return rights so that products can still be exchanged or returned a week after Christmas Eve.

Unclaimed Package

Not claiming a package is not the same as returning or canceling it. Unclaimed packages are returned to the company if they are not picked up by the supplier by the deadline. In such cases, we charge separately for the return shipping costs, which are between 7.90 € – 10.90 € depending on the size of the package.

Order Cancellation, Liability for Defects, and Complaints

Before the delivery of the order, it can be canceled with a written notification by email.

The online store has a statutory liability for defects in sold products. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. Consumers have the right to take any dispute to the consumer disputes board for resolution.
